Can I keep what I download?
Yes, everything you download is for you to keep, irrespectively if you have accessed one or more of our audio Bibles through a purchased access to our Bible archive, or if you have downloaded a free album from Voxbiblia.com or any of our partners. Please just don't spread them.
How do I download?
You download simply by clicking on the "download" button for the segment, book or album you want to download. When promted, choose "save to disk" or similar. If you download a book or album it will be delivered in the form of a zip-file with the name "collection". Un-zip the file (mostly by simply clicking on it) and the content will expand to a folder with the name of the album/book that you have downloaded in which you will find the idividual audio files. Drag and drop them to your iTunes, Media Player or other program and they will be automatically sorted into your library of audio files.
Can I read the text as well?
When possible from a copyright perspective we will add the text as well with the audio file. For instance, If you have an iPod nano (4th generation), please just click four consecutive times on the centre wheel when listening to a passage, and the text will appear. For iPod nanos of the second generation, two clicks will do the trick. For other mp3 players, please consult the manual for closer instructions.
What does Voxbiblia do?
Voxbiblia records and sells digital audio Bibles, with a focus on the approximately 3,000 different stories told in the Holy Scriptures.
Why?
When asked, most people today commonly list two reasons for not reading the Bible. Lack of time and difficulty in finding what one wants to read in such a large text.
Time is scarce for most of us, but our lives contain many moments when we can devote our attention to the Word. As we commute, walk the dog, exercise and engage in thousands of other activities, we can hear the Word. Voxbilblia, let’s you access the Word everyday through your iPod, CD player and computer.
Finding what you are looking for in the Bible can be difficult. Voxbilbia solves that problem by giving you the ability to easily compile a Bible “play list” based on themes that interest you. Choose passages that highlight holidays like Christmas or Easter. Build a play list of Bible highlights — the miracles of Jesus, stories of love, stories of redemption, and countless others — all easily selected from our recording archives.

We olso hold the Swedish translation, "Bibel 2000". We hope soon to provide more Versions in more languages.
I can't switch between different Bible books on the web page. What can I do?
We have a problem with Internet Explorer and old versions of the Norton Internet Security product. I have a problem viewing the page (the text does not fit the design)
If the page looks strange, it might be due to your settings regarding font size. We have tried to do our best to make the site work with various font sizes, since that is convenient for people with bad eye sight (in most browsers you can decide on the font size - the size of the text - that is shown when you visit a web page) . This can however mean that if you have chosen a very large font size, our graphics might not match it completely. On the other hand, if we would have used a fixed font size in order to make the site look the same no matter your choice, that could possibly lead to the site being inaccessible for some people. That we feel would be a far worse alternative. Our page is developed for Firefox and might carry some bugs in other browsers. If you find any bugs please do not hesitate to contact us at info@voxbiblia.com
Automatic album creation
Due to the precis structure of the Bible, Voxbiblia is able to use albums created with the help of one Bible translation and automatically convert them to albums based on other Bible translations as well.
This is of great help because it enables people of all languages to automatically share Bible selections with each other.
That being said, some small deviations exist both in numbering and how each Bible translation is cut, which in its turn depends on tradition and usage. Therefore we do accept som minor deviations when doing the automatic conversion. Please accept our appologies if any errors have been made in this process and a specific selection misses out on its target. And let us know. E-mail us at info@voxbiblia.com and we'll handle it manually.
